Tracking shows that the item was never received by USPS after the label was created. I contacted seller twice through eBay but never received a response. After 1 month of receiving no communication or tracking/shipping progress I let eBay know. A full refund was received 4 days later. Still no communication from seller. I hope this person is okay. I really wanted the tableware.
