The amp itself, felt of good quality and was new, but it only worked for two listening sessions before my PC flat out recognized it. Plugging, unplugging, trying different ports did not fix the issue. A quick google search, and I found others complaining about the same thing on Windows 11. I returned it as it no longer worked.
