    Came unclean with literally stale coffee like someone used it and left it for days where it got faded in sun or something. Very unpleasant experience. It felt so unhygienic to even wash or use them. Least seller could have done was rinse them with water. They had a weird smell as soon as opened the package.

    All the mugs were in good condition and they were washed prior to listing. Most of them were never used more than once. Buyer did open a return and did return them and received a full refund. Buyer also canceled orders the first time purchased and then sent in new offers which were even lower than the first offers which I did accept regardless. They were returned very badly packed in nothing but paper towel which itself is unhygienic.
