one of the hard drives was dead on arrival. Contacted vendor and was promised that if I returned the hd at my expense I would get a refund. Still waiting on the refund and now the 2nd hd has failed. Haven't tried to get a refund I did as requested, nothing yet. Also the add says Red Pro in some places and Red Plus in others. The drives are Red Plus.
