- 4***5 (1288)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseExcellent eBay seller with fantastic packaging and my go to source for high-quality kalo keiki…never disappointed with the well established root system and health of each plant, highly recommend…mahalo nui loa!
- a***n (0)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem arrived with most of the leaves dead. Maybe due to conveyance. Otherwise it is healthy. I'm hoping that it is restored.
- e***c (25)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseTree arrived with 50–75% leaf loss and many detached leaves… clear signs of stress after nearly 4 weeks in USPS ground transit (seller’s choice). I asked how to help it recover and followed his soak-and-repot advice. He later said that voided the guarantee. He deflected concerns to USDA trimming and delays. Since it was ‘alive,’ he offered only a 99¢ refund on a $100 tree. While others may have had better luck, I felt misled and unsupported throughout.
