It's just took me some time to get mattress out of box and on my bedframe.some work out but fun .as soon i cut the vacuum pack open it started to exstand i even tired mattress out weil it expended wow that's all I can say comfortable to sleep on waking up with no backpain.slepp like a baby best purchase i ever made.
