One had a slight crack (rough posties) and after informing seller they offered a refund or replacement almost immediately. I delayed leaving feedback till replacement had arrived but...............
3 to 4 days later a free twin pack arrived of screen protectors unfortunately these both had several cracks all over them. They need to upgrade there packages or stop the posties jamming/bending them through the letterbox. I've informed the seller again. Now waiting reply.
