Have not received the lamp I purchased. Postoffice gave tracking number but has no record of receiving from vender to process it and ship to me. Multiple attempts to seller only one response, that they would look into it, still no response to what they found out. Have made many purchases in the past on ebay with no issues. Till now with this seller. Don't understand why they are ignoring this and not responding.
