The kit fitting that slides over the muffler pipe fit very loose. It would have been difficult to get an airtight weld around it. I ended up buying an automotive muffler adapter at my local auto parts store that fit perfectly and snugged it up with the provided exhaust clamp. Nicely put together-kit, but it didn’t fit my generator exhaust well.
