Several white pieces had a big difference in color tone. I wrote to them immediately with documented photos, but they didn't respond in the first place. After several days I was informed that the reason for their delay was that they were on vacation, adding that they would fix the problem. They never did. Conclusion: They sent a defective product, responded to messages with delay or not at all, and didn’t keep their promise.
