HP seems to have tgis printer locked down. If the printer head breaks they expect you to buy a new printer as the only option.

I am not asking for a return or reimburse but at least an honest description like “used”

It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person.
