On the other hand when this was raised with the seller speedy action was taken and full refund given straight away which is a positive. To be honest I really wanted the sandals I ordered and it is a shame more effort was not made to track them down and forward them on to me as given the choice I would have prefered this to a refund. Maybe they were sold twice and sent to the other buyer? No explanation given.
