    Interesting. If it had a little oil on it, how does that equate to being old? It's been sitting on a shelf for a while? Probably so. We have a small warehouse with shelves full of filters and parts. You bought the cheapest on eBay and you were expecting it to be manufactured this morning and drop shipped to you overnight?
