    Customer has left several negatives on other sales from other sellers. Customer never contacted me to say they were unhappy with their purchase. I contacted her and asked why she had left a negative, she replied wanting a refund. I agreed if she revised her feedback. I paid refund in full then had excuse after excuse why she could not revise. This buyer is blocked, clearly wanting something for free. I can't please everyone but this behaviour shocked me.
