Buttons need to be pushed slowly, and deliberately, and even then I might have to push same button up to 13 times before my TCL TV will process the signal. After a week or so of this, I finally broke it in half over my knee. Seems being separated from its other half is the only performance it has done well. Maybe it will find a better use in the landfill.

When I brought this up to the seller they just said it was shipped without a tracking number. I then asked what the bogus tracking number was for as it just misled me as a buyer. The seller immediately refunded my money without any explanation. I wasn't looking for a refund, just an explanation...! Happy but confused...!
