Seller refuses to issue a refund without me opening a claim against them. Sent me a DS case that doesnt fit at all, and didnt offer to fix the issue at all, just told me that if I want a refund, Ill have to submit a claim to ebay for them to refund me. As a seller, I am very aware of how easy it is to refund a buyer, this is a ridiculous tactic to limit the number of refund requests they get by making it more difficult to request a refund. 0 stars for these guys

The quality of the case is amazing! My only complaint is the packing method. It arrived in a bubble mailer pouch, and you’ll see in the photos how damaged the box was. The case got stuck on itself in one corner but was easily fixed. Just mentioning the critique for the seller. Really, really good quality item.
