I’m petite, 170lbs and I’m usually a medium. And got a size L. It fits perfectly. There’s room for me to slide it up and down if needed. I wish it was a little tighter so far as the straps go but the Velcro can only go so far. This was a great purchase for me.

It helps with posture, helps support my injured back (4 herniated disks). Helps getting rid of muffin tops caused from low riding pants. To top it all off it works just as well (if not better) then the waist trainer that I paid over $60 for. Very fast shipping!
- m***t (836)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchasethis I heard was so good for shaping your belly and I have to comment because I just received it yesterday afternoon and I wore it all afternoon and night and I'm telling you my stomach was definitely flattered and Tighter I couldn't believe it. to be fair I don't have that much fat on my stomach but I've had babies and this is really already working definitely worth a try thank you. Also, I would go up one or two sizes or at least check the proper sizes and measure yourself
