Bei meiner ersten Anfrage hat der Verkäufer sofort und problemlos geantwortet.Dann habe ich den Sitzbezug bestellt und auch erhalten aber leider einen wirklich ganz anderen Bezug erhalten . Danach war der Kontakt sehr schlecht und ich habe meinen Käuferschutz informiert um mein Kaufpreis zurück zubekommen. Produktfehler wurde mir vom Verkäufer schriftlich bestätigt aber meine Anfrage auf Rückzahlung bleibt bis heute unbeantwortet. Schade ..aber so ein Umgang mit Kunden geht garnicht.
