Royal mail falsely claimed to have delivered book. But never did. Company was helpful and agreed to send another copy. However i ordered a copy in 'very good' condition, what i received was an old battered bent up book which has been written in. So not happy. Book though was inexpensive whichnis nornal for this company . But delivery problems also (for me) are normal.
