    Dealing with this seller was a nightmare. First, they didn't ship it when they said they would. Then they sent us a message saying "sorry for the mix-up, we were out of the office for the holidays" (the 2nd and 3rd of January, really?) only to say then that they would ship it immediately. They printed the shipping label but never dropped off the package at USPS. So, we had to wait about a week to get the refund from eBay. What should have been a four-day process turned into a 3-week pain.
