    Item arrived well-packed and it is a superb (as described) example of 1936 France airmail postally used. But the USPS took 7 days to deliver this item that I had paid $7 S/H to seller for mailing and that shipper had arranged to be sent "Priority Mail" mailing, so I am disgusted by the delivery service that USPS (and their "Informed Delivery" tracking service, which is neither). I encourage all eBay buyers to beware of so-called "Priority Mail" over-charge for 2nd rate service by USPS!
