Some excuse about them having a contract with Aust Post for cheap rates and them to make a buck ! No refund for my $28 postage costs for an item weighing point 7 of a kilo. Just emails avoiding the issue, no sorry or anything. Even sent the wrong tracking number and the parcel was marked untracked! Now no answers on my emails. Never again will i go near this business, BEWARE. Feedback should be NEGATIVE!!
