This time, not so much. Main closure is Velcro, jacket doesn’t have shoulder pads (had them in a previous purchase.) Details are matte, but some parts are cheap ribbon. Epaulets have vinyl on them and are flimsy. I was msgd after initial purchase that I needed to pay an additional fee (tariffs) which I was willing to pay, I can understand. Not the same quality as b4.
