    Buyer left negative feedback without contacting us. We always respond quickly and make every attempt to resolve buyers' concerns. Buyer's order was shipped the same day it was purchased. USPS has often been late due to winter storms; we cannot control that. These parts are our own brand and have been satisfactorily used by hundreds of buyers. If the rings are not installed with correct side up, they will not seat properly. We could have resolved things with a simple message.
