Not sure what you were expecting from a £19.99 shoe which includes cost of the shoes, postage costs (which are nearly £4), VAT, PayPal fees, Paypal fees etc - if these were really such bad quality you could have returned them to us for a refund? No one forced you to accept them. You did not send us any messages to let us know you were not happy with your purchase, we could have offered you a full refund. We have sold over 150 pairs of these and no one has said the quality is "very bad" on these.
