This wasn’t the seller’s fault. EBay’s shipping is terrible. I still have not received my item as, according to DHL shipping through eBay, my item is being held at Customs. I did not receive any help from eBay. I am out over $150 Cdn for an item I didn’t receive, but was shipped from the company through eBay shipping. I was told by eBay that I needed to get in contact with Customs and there was nothing they could do to help me. I will never order anything from eBay again.
