Then the next day or 2 when I drove it again I heard this awful rattle. The installer said it was something broken in the chamber. The seller will only replace if they receive the item first or I can repurchase and send the old one back for a refund. Now how is that to happen if it is installed? I am disappointed with the customer service I received. And the response I got makes zero sense
