    Would recommend this seller, especially for the way the packaged the Laptop. I was worried about how it would survive shipping but they protected it perfectly. Laptop was in even better condition than I thought. Description said the sound didn't work, it did. Though I only tried it after the 24 updates the computer needed... Might not have worked before that. My only complaint is that they never responded to a message I sent them.

    Slow to ship. I bought item late Thursday night and seller did not drop it off to the post office until 9:49pm the following Tuesday. Also package was not as described but seller soon fixed the problem. It had windows 10 enterprise not windows 10 pro and it could not be activated. Seller gave me a Windows 10 pro key which solved the issue. And finally the way it was packaged was superb. Very careful to make sure it arrived undamaged. Yes I would buy from them again.
