    Artikel war nicht optimal verpackt und wurde wohl beim Transport beschädigt. Umtausch ging ohne Probleme und Rücksendung des beschädigten Artikels war kostenlos. Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer verlief bestens. Leider hatte auch der Ersatzartikel minimale Beschädigung an vier Seiten, was zum Einen auf die dünnen Buchseiten und zum anderen auf die wiederum nicht optimale Versandverpackung gerade diesen Artikels zu schließen ist. Habe dann aber von einer weiteren Ersatzlieferung abgesehen.
