    The piece arrived broken, but I could not understand why it broke. The packing was excellent, and the sturdy box was not visibly crushed. It didn't seem fair to the seller that breakage would occur despite the care taken with its dispatch. Nevertheless, the seller responded immediately to my notification of breakage with a compensatory measure. It was extremely nice to have such fast resolution; it helped to allay the sadness over the damage.
