A minor flaw that wasn't noted on listing existed, but seller provided an acceptable remedy to make up for this unintentional omission from list description. Overall, a PERFECT TRANSACTION. The laptop got here safe and sound. It was in an appropriate sized box with a heavy duty bubble wrap sleeve around it. And it took a while so who knows how it was thrown around? Computer was exactly as described, if not in a little better conditionthan i thought it would be. Will buy from them again
