Due to terrible packaging, the item I wanted the most came broken. Also, the seller didn't describe that the set of three fish servers had ivory handles, so I can't return the parcel, because ivory is banned from being sent through the post. I asked the seller to collect them from me, but received no response. Unfortunately, I had to dispose of the ivory pieces. The parcel took 12 days to arrive due to Evri, not the seller's fault. I have lost about £65 on this order due to the seller's errors.
