    Shipping was great, packaging was fine, main issue is the toilet seat I bought was not of size. I even messaged and ask for confirmation of size, they confirmed and still sent wrong size. Never got an apology that they messed up in the first place and sent the wrong toilet size and i still paid for return postage. They were going to give me a replacement that’s why I’m making this a neutral experience. But cancelled due to longer shipping timing,other than that everything was okay

    Shipping was paid for by the seller as Customer filed return through Ebay and label was purchased by us. Buyer did not have to purchase label. Apology was offered and offered to send replacement upon receiving the original item back. Customer asked to just receive a refund instead of a replacement, longer shipping time was beyond our control
