I asked the seller if this was a mistake and they said no, if you don't like it return it. The hoover also whistles when it's used and the metal pipe is very wobbly. No apologies from the seller. Just telling someone to return the item isn't good customer service and we have to swallow up the return costs for a faulty/incorrect item.
