      They answered my questions hastily and with detail, shipped out within their approximate timeframe and the jeans were exactly as described, and I feel like I got a great value for it. It was packaged rather nicely, in something stable and less able to be ripped etc. however some protection such as the jeans being in a bag or something definitely would have helped.
