I’m a reasonable person and if they had been forthcoming and stated that they take nearly a week to process an order, it would have allowed me to make a purchase decision based on facts. I needed this part to put my bike back together before my trip and this delay was unacceptable. Will be returned if I ever actually receive it.

The bracket that attaches is not the correct dimensions and hole size compared to the original. Even when modified it does not fit properly. Ended up taking the original seat bracket to swap with yours and adding extra double sided tape to minimise movement
