They apologized and ended up saying the sent it (which clearly was a lie). USPS updates tracking once recieved and it never updated. Several days went by with no response from seller and I filed a case with ebay. I would have left a neutral review had they simply communicated they couldn't afford to take a loss but ended up not communicating. Not a good seller.
