Buyer stated that he wanted a FULL refund on a high priced item/men's shirt. I offered a partial refund he, rejected and said he's report me to eBay/give me bad feedback. So I'm not surprised. Buying used clothing one would assume you'd wash it at some-point? But suggesting him to wash (fix) the shirt was beyond his entitled capability I guess?
