Although the seller agreed a return, they cannot supply any return label and have given their address in China for me to return it. They did agree to meet the shipping costs in an email dated 10 October - I do not intend to pay the return costs as I am not convinced I will receive any repayment. Is it possible for them to send the shipping costs via the credit card used to order this item.

Following my feedback the seller immediately contacted me and apologised. Additionally they have offered reparation which was very reasonable. The product is good and I have ordered more. By ordering 4 I have found that there is a discount applied which in effect makes it 2 for 1. I am pleased to review my rating as a result. Seller agreed to refund without need to return item and I amended my review following this.
