    I sent over a dozen photos to the buyer showing various stages of my packing process, clearly showing a 100% undamaged item. Item was carefully & securely packed with excessive amounts of bubble wrap. I even used an expensive styrofoam box, rather than a traditional cardboard box. Whatever damage buyer claims occurred well after the item left my possession, by either the couriers or the buyer themself.
