    Item was not as described. Definitely not new with tags, just tags in the box. Tarnished hardware and a mark on the back which weren’t stipulated in description. Seller made the bag look good for photos to disguise its true condition and then has the audacity to accuse buyer of falsifying photos rather than accept accountability. Item being returned for full refund. Buyer beware, take photos and videos of unboxing for this devious seller.

    BEWARE - This buyer *changed her previous feedback* where she VIOLATED THE EBAY TERMS by wrongly stating my bag was used - when it is not and clearly not as everything is/was in its original wrapping and the receipt enclosed. The bag then 'went missing' for a couple of weeks. The ebay rep I spoke to said it is strange. She has now 'gone away for a few days' and can't return the bag (hope its not worn) .. after claiming tarnishing I could not see and is not in the photos. Avoid this seller.
