Limited edition 2-LP import on 180-gram vinyl. 2000 copies. Anathema cultivates it's gothic sound with greater emphasis on instrumentation and musicality on 2010's "We're Here Because We're Here." Bringing in a piano and strings, "We're Here Because We're Here" is quite sophisticated for a band that started as a borderline death metal outfit. Don't let the piano fool you. Anathema remains edgy on tracks such as "Thin Air," "Angels Walk Among Us" and "Hindsight." This album is actually a 2-LP production. It is the original pressing, which is a limited edition of just 2,000 copies. Coming in a gatefold sleeve, the vinyl is audiophile quality weighing in at 180 grams.
