    Buyers beware. I would now buy from this seller. The item was presented as new and unused but the box had been resealed and the ?/ key didn't work. The seller was unwilling to do anything because I believe the seller is a scammer and knew the keyboard was defective.

    This was an unopened, brand new keyboard. It was never opened and had the Microsoft seal on the closure. I told him to call Microsoft, but he wasn't satisfied. It's my first negative with over 500 transactions.
