You pull the string and very faint gibberish comes out--a major rip off. The shipping took forever and when the seller was contacted their attitude was snarky and a bit whiney to put it mildly. I work customer service 5 days a week and if one of my co workers gave an answer like I received they would be reprimanded. I spent quite a bit to get attitude from the seller and defective doll.
