Seller was upfront about it and offered to replace it with another 1963 bill. I asked that it be another 1963-A bill & apparently the seller didn’t have another 1963-A bill , so they sent me both the 1963-A bill with the tear AND a 1963 bill (no tear). Two bills for the price of one! I think that was quite an effort by the seller to keep their buyer happy! Nice job and I was.
