I asked four times if this item was functional after I got suspicious messages with photos asking if I'm happy with the item before they post it. One of the responses was that they are selling it only as a "alloy", which would be fine but it wasn't listed as 'scrap metal' nor was it anywhere near worth the price of scrap. Wasted my time selling a defective item and on top of that I had to get eBay involved to get a refund. You asked numerous times if the tyre was legal and we replied the listing is for the alloy only not the tyre as this goes free. Secondly, the "suspicious" message prior to dispatching is so we are as transparent as can before anyone wastes any time so the customer knows what to expect. Regardless, no "second hand item" is ever perfect therefore defects can happen hence 30 day return rule. Horrible Buyer!
