Then didn’t want to accept a return because of some “seal” he put on it. He knew it was damaged and figured this second hand seal was going to allow him to get away with selling damaged cards. Shady!! Buyers beware. Tamper proof seal protects seller and buyer and allows buyer to see card and if damage was as extensive as buyer claims, it would have been evident before taking out of holder.If you damaged the card after taking it out of holder own up to it. My feedback speaks for itself, 8100+, more than I can say for yours.. Block this buyer so he doesnt screw you also!!!
