    Item came damaged due to seller negligence by packaging with a very thin single layer paper calender, then proceeded to put in a usps paper mailer. Seller offered a partial refund and apologized, however I refused to pay to ship the damaged item back out and wait for a full refund. Item also had scratches all over the top of the bamboo box and a big crack halfway through the top, I'm sure due to typical mail handling. Seller acknowledged they needed to be more conscious of their packaging.
