So NO WAY it was a low miles part as listed... Hey and it gets better...The STEERING COLUMN was stuck in the locked postion from were it was damaged when removed. I paid $250 for JUNK...This is the FIRST time in over 20 years I got ripped off on E-bay so I guess it was a good run but wow it came to an end....
