I purchased to replace a 25K BTU unit. Research indicated the unit would slide into my existing chassis (built into garage wall). I was correct! Unit slid right in and powered up and is cooling my garage!! Electric service was upgraded from 20A to 30A for the larger BTU unit. Looks great and was incredibly happy to find a brand new unit to replace my 20 year old unit. Great value!
